Submission Dates

The Committee can only review a maximum of 60 applications per meeting.  Submission on a SCERH closing date may not guarantee the review of your application at that particular meeting if the maximum number of applications is reached. This is particularly relevant to the last and the first meetings of each year.  In any event, your application will be confirmed accordingly with a receipt.

All applications (Form 1, Form HT), MUST be submitted by 12 noon. The submission dates listed below are Human Ethics Office submission dates, not Faculty deadlines. Please check with your Faculty for Faculty deadlines.

Form LR/ Form MC and Unit applications can be submitted to SCERH at any time. Your application will be reviewed out of the meeting session and you should be notified of the outcome within 2 weeks of receipt.
