Faculty/Non Faculty Unit Coordinators for the Publication Collection

Coordinators have been nominated as the point of contact for each faculty. Faculty coordinators will be involved in the collection of research publications data, providing advice on the classification of data, ensuring that the publications are correctly classified and that the necessary verification is provided and the evidence is stored appropriately.

The coordinators will be working closely with the Associate Dean (Research) to ensure integrity of the data. They will also be the first point of contact for departmental inquiries and liaise with the Monash Research Office as required.

Faculty/Non Faculty Unit Coordinators for the 2009 Publication Collection

# Monash Research Office to enter DEEWR publications data into the RM4 database.

Non-faculty units, which collect small number of publications, are not required to enter the collected data on the collection database.  The Monash Research Office can do data entry.  This requires the relevant proformas, plus verification evidence, to be duly completed and a copy (not the original) to be forwarded to the Monash Research Office, in bulk, for data entry.
