Who Processes Your Submissions?

  • ALL publications update requests will be attended to by your faculty publications coordinator - with the exception of updates to existing publication records from a prior year's DEST/HERDC Collection - which will be handled centrally by the Research Office

  • ALL externally-funded projects/grants will be updated centrally by Research Office staff

  • ALL HDR Statistics Data update requests will be actioned by Monash Research Graduate School (MRGS) staff - this may entail forwarding the issue to Student Systems (for past student data), or faculty Callista contacts (faculty masters programs data)

  • Please Note that currently only Animal Ethics data appears in the Ethics section of ROPES, therefore requests for updates to Ethics data should only be of this type. Your update will be attended to by staff of the Animal Ethics Section of the Research Office
