COMPONENT FAILURE Investigations

Investigation of component or product failure is carried out to the highest standards by professional rehabilitation engineers who pass knowledge and information back to your organisation and/or component manufacturers.

Failure Reports can be prepared in three categories.

1. The first category is a brief review and recording of the failure as part of REHABTech's ongoing role as an industry resource. *
2. The second category is a more thorough investigation, with a report and recommendations.
3. Category three looks at modelling the failure under replica conditions to establish service intervals or possible alternatives to avoid component failure.
