International Round Up

Monash University continues to advance its vision of having a network of campuses, centres and alliances around the globe.

Malaysia

The Monash University Malaysia campus began teaching in July 1998 and now has more than 1000 students in science, engineering, arts, business and information technology.

Located in Kuala Lumpur, the campus is attracting students from across Malaysia and neighbouring countries, in particular Indonesia.

South Africa

Construction work at Monash University's South Africa campus is on schedule and will be completed in time for the first group of students in February next year.

Located at Roodepoort, 20 km northwest of central Johannesburg, the campus is offering undergraduate programs in arts, business and commerce, business systems and computing.

London

The Monash University Centre London is the university's gateway into the rest of Europe.

Located in Kings College London, the 171-year-old founding college of the University of London, the centre promotes a range of collaborative activities involving teaching, research, student and staff exchange, community and arts projects, seminars, conferences and workshops.

Prato

The newly created Monash Centre in Prato, Italy, is close to the city of Florence, the European University Institute and many other European and North American universities that run teaching and research programs in the district celebrated for its Renaissance past.

Together with the centre at Kings College London, Prato provides Monash with a strong European presence to develop teaching and research opportunities.
