Craig Meldrum (BBus(Bkg&Fin) 2000) has 21 years of experience in the financial services industry. He is currently national manager of technical services for Australian Unity Personal Financial Services.

Former secondary school teacher Gaylene Carbis (BA(Hons) 2001, GradDipEd(Sec) 2003) lectures at the Australian College of Applied Psychology and is currently completing a Master of Creative Writing.

Kerry Anderson (GradDipDirMktg 2001) was named 2008 Victorian Office Professional of the Year for her work as program coordinator for Loddon Murray Community Leadership Program in northern central Victoria.

Maria Kitjapanon (BA(AsSt) 2001) recently completed her law degree with honours at Victoria University.

Mechanical Engineering alumnus Wibowo Nugroho (PhD 2002) is responsible for designing and testing a buoy that is part of Indonesia's tsunami early warning system.

Flossie Peitsch's (MFA 2003) visual art was recently published as a monograph. She has also completed her PhD at Victoria University, titled "The immortal now: visualizing the place where spirituality and today's families meet".

English and literature teacher Aloma Davis (BA 2004, BEd 2004) works at Toorak College in Mt Eliza, Victoria, and is an active member of the Victorian Association of Teachers of English.

Last year, Stephen Noonan (GradDipEd(Primary) 2006) received an Education and Arts Ministers' Award from the South Australian Government in recognition of his work as a freelance performance artist in theatre and dance.

Dean Ramler (BBus(Mktg) 2006) is the founder and managing director of an online designer furniture business called Milan Direct.

Industrial designer Maria Raciti (BIndDesign(Hons) 2006) works for Playgro where she creates innovative infant lifestyle products.

Head of Universal Design Renovations Alex Cochran (MMktg 2006) is leading a project which aims to improve home renovation designs for people who have a disability.

Mohamed Azmi Hassali (PhD 2006) was recently appointed as program head of the new Discipline of Social and Administrative Pharmacy at Universiti Sains Malaysia.

Designer Daniel Molloy (BIndDesign 2008) is a 2009 Australian Design Awards finalist with "Boomer", a mobility aid that aims to reduce the risk of stair-related falls.

Alongside his role as a full-time doctor, Sam Prince (MBBS 2006) owns a graphic design firm, is the founder and director of Zambrero Fresh Mex Grill, and recently created a non-profit organisation providing IT infrastructure to developing countries.

Jo Szczepanska (BIndDesign(Hons) 2008) is one of seven finalists in the 2009 Aspen Design Challenge. Her project -- Veggiepatch -- is suggested as an alternative to large scale farming and was selected from more than 225 entries.

Charlotte Baines (LLB 2006, BA(Hons) 2008) is a councillor of the City of Monash. She is also completing a PhD at Monash which focuses on the relationship between religion and government.
