Wealth management supplier Bravura Solutions Limited has appointed Steven Zacharidis (BA 1990, GradDipBusSys 1993) as head of business development for the Asia-Pacific region.

Darren Platt (BSc(Hons) 1992, PhD 1995) is senior director of research at 23andMe, a webbased service that helps individuals understand their own genetic information through the latest DNA-analysis technologies.

Greg (GradDipMktg 1993) and Anne MacPherson (PhD 1995) are both researchers at the University of Adelaide. Greg manages contract research while Anne works in the area of obstetrics and gynaecology.

Frank Hin Kit Ng (MBA(TechMgt) 1994) was recently appointed chief financial officer at Xinyan Real Estate in China.

Secondary school art teacher Gaele Whitehouse (BA(Craft) 1994) and her husband have recently opened The Vault Gallery in Gippsland, Victoria. The gallery features artwork by alumni from Monash University's Faculty of Art & Design.

Narelle Kliendanze (GDArts(VisArts) 1995, MA(VisArts) 1988) was selected as a finalist in the 2008 Blake Prize for Religious Art.

Geoffrey Barnett (BA 1995) has unveiled his latest invention. The "Shweeb" is the world's first human-powered monorail racetrack, located at Rotorua's Agroventures in New Zealand.

Patricia Genat (MBus(Mktg) 1998) has recently purchased ALS Library Services, a specialist book and media seller to the public library market.

David Parker (MBA 1996) was recently appointed manager of government and public affairs at Apache Energy. He was formerly the director of policy and external relations at the Chamber of Minerals and Energy of Western Australia.

Ric Walsh (GradDipBus (TourMgt) 1996, MPubPolMgt 2001) recently celebrated ten years as chief executive officer of Victorian disability service organisation Woodbine incorporated.

A solicitor at Comito Iacovino & Co, Aaron Eidelson (GradDipEd 1996, LLM 1997) is a regular skydiver and a participant in Melbourne's annual Moomba Birdman Rally.

Jay Bonnington (GradCertBus 1999, MBA 1999, GradDipBusAdmin 1999) is a non-executive director of several Victorian organisations. These include St John of God Health Care, South East Water, Agriculture Victoria Services, the Metropolitan Fire and Emergency Services Board, Prahran Market and the Royal Botanic Gardens Melbourne.

Former general manager at Telstra, Eranga Goonewardena (BComp(CompSc) 1997) has been appointed director of Satyam Computer Service's testing practice for Australia and New Zealand.

Financial planner Adam Watts (BCom(Acc&Fin) 1999) has launched his own small business called LifeTime Financial Group.

Peter Iancov (GradDipRob 1997) was recently appointed chief executive officer of construction and engineering company Doric Group in Western Australia. Prior to this he was the general manager of WestNet Energy.

Paul Siostrom (GradDipAdvAcc 1997, MBus(Acc) 2001) was recently appointed tax and compliance manager for DHL Global Forwarding in Melbourne.
