Car pooling
Consider joining a car pool if you travel to the Berwick, Caulfield, Clayton or Peninsula campuses. Car pooling involves sharing your car with others or getting a lift to campus with fellow students or staff. You need to register, and on some campuses, pay for, a car pool permit (this is either free or cheaper than a standard permit and any costs can be split with your car pool buddies). This saves money on petrol and parking, is better for the environment and a good way to meet others. Student associations on several campuses can help you find drivers or others in need of a lift in your area.
