About the Web Handbooks

The Monash University Handbook pages are the
official
source of web-based course and subject information at Monash. Web page developers
must not duplicate Handbook information:
they must instead provide hypertext links to it.
Unfortunately, the structure of the Web Handbooks (and most of the paper ones)
has changed every year they have been produced, and links to one version of
the handbooks may break when the yearly revision occurs.
The long-term solution to this is more logical entry points to the handbook,
that can be addressed when all of the information is stored in and
sourced from CUPID. At present, unit information is processed from
CUPID, course information is not.

for the forseeable future.
- The most recent handbooks available will be at
http://www.monash.edu.au/pubs/handbooks/.
- Current unit descriptions will be at
http://www.monash.edu.au/pubs/handbooks/units/SUB7367.html, where SUB7367 is any valid unit code.
- Older handbooks are not expunged when newer handbooks arrive, and are generally not modified. They're available at:
