1. Degrees
The degrees that may be conferred by the Council on students of the
faculty are:
- Doctor of Juridical Science (SJD)
- Doctor of Laws (LLD)
- Doctor of Philosophy (PhD)
- Master of Philosophy (MPhil)
- Master of Laws (LLM)
- Master of Laws (Juris Doctor) (LLM(JD))
- Master of Laws (Research) (LLM(Research))
- Master of Commercial Law (MasterComLaw)
- Master of e-Law (Mastere-Law)
- Master of Human Rights Law (MasterHumanRightsLaw)
- Master of Intellectual Property Law (MasterIPL)
- Master of International and Comparative Law (MasterInt'l&CompLaw)
- Master of Regulatory Studies (MRegSt)
- Master of Workplace and Employment Law (MasterWkplEmpLaw))
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB)
2. Diplomas
The diplomas that may be awarded by the Council to students of the faculty
are:
- Graduate Diploma in Law (GradDipLaw)
- Graduate Diploma in Regulatory Studies (GradDipRegSt)
- Graduate Diplomain Trade Mark Law and Practice (GradDipTMLP)
- Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice, Skills and Ethics (PgradDipLegPractice)
- Diploma in Australian Law (DipAustLaw)
- Diploma of Introductory Undergraduate Studies (DipIntUgStudies)
3. Certificates
The certificates that may be awarded by the Council to students of the
faculty are:
- Graduate Certificate in Forensic Studies (GradCertForensStud)
- Graduate Certificate in Law (GradCertLaw)
- Graduate Certificate in Law Teaching (GradCertLawTchg)
- Postgraduate Certificate in Legal Practice, Skills and Ethics (PgradDipLegPractice)
4. Saving of rights
A degree, diploma or certificate that has been deleted from section
1, 2 or 3 may nevertheless be conferred or awarded by the Council on
or to any person who has satisfied the requirements for, but not graduated
with, the particular award.
