For this they will require sound written skills, information literacy, library skills and knowledge of the theoretical foundations of nursing. Particular attention will be given to the development of literacy, electronic communication skills and critical thinking for clinical decision making. This unit aims to give students an introduction to, and an understanding of the literature, theories and professional values associated with the discipline of nursing. Objectives
