Your quotas and credits

What are these services?

The print credit service enables students to view and buy their lab print credits online. The email quota service shows you how much email quota you have used.
Where are they located in the portal?

Students can access the print credit service from their personal side bar, located on their home page and from their 'Study and enrolment' tab ('Study' > 'IT resources' > 'Lab printing' > 'Buy print credit' / 'Print credit purchases and jobs reports').

Staff and students can view their email quota in their personal side bar and in the 'Account settings' of their 'Email' tab.
Where can I find more info? You can submit a query using the ITS Service Request form accessed using the Feedback link in the top right corner of your portal.
