What is this service?

This service enables ITS staff to access HEAT calls assigned to their call group; users can view and close calls.

Where is it located in the portal? The 'View HEAT calls' link is located in the 'Online systems' section of the home page of ITS staff.
Who can use it? ITS staff with HEAT accounts can access this service.
How do I use it? The portal client lists all open calls and flags those requiring attention; users can close calls and readily access online resources for using HEAT.
How do I get it activated? The 'View HEAT calls' link will automatically display for ITS staff with HEAT accounts.
Where can I find more info? You can contact ITS using the ITS Service Request form accessed using the Feedback link in the top right corner of your portal.
