What is this service?

ask.monash is an online help service that enables you to:

  • find answers to frequently asked questions by searching stored information
  • submit a question to Monash University staff. The question is automatically sent to the appropriate Monash University department for action. (Our aim is to respond to your inquiry by email within a business day)
  • manage your inquiries by providing a personal area where your questions are stored and responses to your questions can be reviewed
  • provide feedback on the information provided and suggestions for improvement.
Where is it located in the portal? You can access ask.monash from your portal's home page.
Who can use it? Students and staff based at an Australian campus can access this service.
