WinGEM and Other GEMPACK Windows Programs

You can freely download and install the GEMPACK Windows programs WinGEM, TABmate, ViewHAR, ViewSOL, AnalyseGE and RunGEM. Reasons to do so might include:

• You already have the full GEMPACK system, but would like more recent versions of some programs.
• You do not have the full GEMPACK system, but would like to use viewing programs ViewHAR and ViewSOL to examine data [HAR] and solution files that you have obtained.

Download GPWINPROGS.EXE to, say, C:\TEMP. Then run it. The install process should start. We suggest that you install into the directory C:\GP on your PC. You may like to review the advice about setting PATH and TMP variables given in GEMPACK document number GPD-7, which you can download.

These programs are the versions currently being distributed with Source-code and Executable-image versions of Release 10.0 (May 2008) of GEMPACK for Windows PCs.
