If you have Release 6.0 (October 1998) of Source-Code GEMPACK for Windows PCs and you want to use RunGEM to carry out Systematic Sensitivity Analysis with respect to parameters, you need to update your version of TABLO.
[This is not necessary if you have Release 6.0-001 (March 1999) or later of Source-Code GEMPACK.]
Note that the update below can only be applied to the Source-Code version of Release
6.0 of GEMPACK.
It cannot be applied to the Executable-Image version of GEMPACK.
To upgrade TABLO, you need to
download the file tbcdwcsa.zip [save this as file TBCDWCSA.ZIP] (15K)
Put this file TBCDWCSA.ZIP in the subdirectory TABLO of the directory in which your Source-code GEMPACK is installed (usually C:\GP).
Then go to a DOS box and change directory into this TABLO subdirectory, and issue the following commands. [The same commands work whether you are using F77L3 or LF90.]
unzip32 -o tbcdwcsa tbcdwc.for zip code2 tbcdwc.for cd .. mktablo
This will make a new version of TABLO.EXE.
Then you need to run this new TABLO and rerun LTG on any models with which you wish to use RunGEM to carry Systematic Sensitivity Analysis with respect to parameter variations.
