Executable-Image Versions of GEMPACK run only on Windows PCs. In addition, the "Limited" Executable-Image version will not solve models above a certain size. There are different prices for single-user and multi-user (site) licences.

Source-Code Versions of GEMPACK run on Windows PCs or on other operating systems (eg, Unix). There are no size constraints, and models solve faster than with the Executable-Image versions. A suitable Fortran compiler is required. All Source-Code licences are multi-user (site).
There are two payment schemes. The annual payment scheme gives you all benefits (including free upgrade to new versions) in return for yearly payments:

Under the single payment scheme your licence is valid forever, but technical support lasts 3 months only and you must pay to upgrade to new versions:

Owners of older (Release 6 or later) Source-Code licences can also transfer to the annual payment scheme by paying $AUD 3750.

Additional operating systems: if you want Source-Code licences for two operating systems (for example, Unix and Windows), all payments are increased by 60% to cover the second operating system.
Prices for serious commercial users (those organisations which generate several hundred thousand dollars or more each year via GE modelling using GEMPACK) are by negotiation. Contact GEMPACK for further information.
Source-Code licence holders can create an executable image (EXE file) which solves their model. The EXE file may be distributed to other people (who do not have a GEMPACK licence) so they can run simulations. Those other people can change the database, closure and shocks, but cannot change the model equations. As well, there is a model size limitation -- which may be overcome by purchasing an Introductory licence.
