You can download the Demonstration Version of GEMPACK and use it on your Windows PC to carry out simulations with GEMPACK. Several well-known models are supplied with the Demonstration Version.
The relevant GEMPACK documentation can be downloaded with the Demonstration Version. The GEMPACK document An Introduction to GEMPACK is in the PDF file GPD1.PDF.
If you are an experienced GAMS user and wish to start using GEMPACK, you can take advantage of your GAMS skills to get a head start with GEMPACK.
