Just after installing a GEMPACK on a PC running Windows Vista, the following warning screen appears:
We believe that the warning is needless and that you should click "This program installed correctly" as indicated above.
Cause: the install system used to build the GEMPACK install packages is pre-Vista, and not compliant with all Vista "requirements".
