A warm hello and welcome to Monash University!

One of the great things about Monash is its diverse student body. You will meet people from all walks of life, backgrounds, countries and continents on every campus. Monash is truly a global leader in fostering multi-cultural engagement and diversity and this is something to be proud of.

I am so excited you have chosen Monash for your postgraduate studies and I hope that your stay here will be inspiring and that all your goals; academic and social, will be achieved.  Monash has a vibrant postgraduate environment, reflected through the University’s commitment to postgraduate programs and professional development.  The Monash Postgraduate Association (MPA) represents all research and coursework postgraduate students. Our job is to ensure that you receive a postgraduate experience that is of the highest quality. And we take our job very seriously!

I encourage you to visit the MPA website and familiarise yourself with the wide range of services and information automatically available to you as a postgraduate student.
