When you set up your workstation, you should adjust your chair height, title angle and lumbar support and your screen height and distance. Your arms should be parallel to the desk when you are typing. Keep frequently used equipment close by so you do not need to twist or reach.
If you type or sit for long periods, take regular breaks and do some stretching. Breaks do not have to be long and can give you the energy to be more productive. Set the alarm in your calendar as a reminder to take a break. Use a printer you have to get up and walk to. Refill your water glass several times a day to get you up and moving.
