About the course

The Monash Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice, Skills and Ethics (PDLP) is a real alternative to articles, providing law graduates with the knowledge, skills and ethical awareness required to practise law in Victoria. It has been designed to enable students to benefit from combining formal study and workplace experience.

How to apply

  • The applications for the PDLP March 2008 online intake will open on 10th December 2007 and close in 22nd February 2008.
  • The online application form will be available at the PDLP website during these dates.
  • We do not accept hard copy application forms as all prospective students are required to key in their results via the online      application form. This enables us to rank them via academic merit and assists us during the section process.
  • The course runs for 39 weeks from March 17th 2008 to December 12th 2008 and we have only one intake per year.
  • The course is not available to International students and is only available to Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents residing in Victoria.
  • More information on the entry requirements is available.
