Experts for Christmas and New Year's issues

Monash University can provide expert comment on a variety of issues relevant to the Christmas and New Year period:

Alcohol and driving -- Professor Ian Johnston, Director of the Monash University Accident Research Centre, is an expert on road safety and injury prevention. He is able to comment on issues relating to road safety and drink driving. Professor Johnston can be contacted on 0419 350 930.

Gift giving and overspending -- Mr Steve Ogden-Barnes, Program Director of the Australian Centre for Retail Studies, is an expert on shopping and retail trends. Stress management -- Dr Craig Hassed, senior lecturer, Department of General Practice, is an expert on the impacts of stress on the mind and body. Religion and tradition of Christmas -- Professor Gary Bouma, head of the School of Political and Social Inquiry, is an expert on religion and spirituality. He is able to comment broadly on religion and the traditions of Christmas. Professor Bouma can be contacted on 0409 234 960.

New Year's resolutions -- Dr Simon Moss, lecturer in psychology, is an expert on work/life balance. He is able to comment on tips for fulfilling New Year's resolutions and issues relating to work over the Christmas period. Dr Moss can be contacted on 0402 476 084.
