What is the average length of time staff members stay at Monash?

• The average length of time that staff have been with Monash is 7.4 years

And …

• There will be over 7000 staff employed at Monash over this year
• 230 staff have been here for 25 years or more
• 12 staff have loved working with Monash University so much that they have been here for more than 40 years
• No-one has been here for 50 years yet because the first staff didn't step onto Clayton campus until late 1958.
