Are You or Your Partner Expecting a Baby?Published: 14 October 2009 The Ritchie Centre for Baby Health Research is carrying out studies comparing the use of two recording systems for measurement of infant sleep. We are looking for volunteers and their healthy term babies. The study is carried out at Monash Medical Centre when babies are about four weeks old. We will attach leads to measure brain activity, breathing and heart rate, these all stick on and none of them hurt your baby in any way. Studies take about three to four hours and we offer a relaxing day with free babysitting together with loads of information about baby sleep (we can even offer a nap for exhausted parents.) Siblings are welcome and we are very flexible on study times. Free parking is available too. For further information contact: |
