CMHSE Workshop - Giving effective performance feedback

This workshop provides an opportunity to reflect on methods of providing feedback to learners and explores models and ways of giving effective verbal and written feedback. The workshop will focus on exploring the following aspects:

• what is feedback?
• why should we give feedback?
• general principles of effective feedback?
• using the Calgary-Cambridge model of feedback?
• using the Pendleton model of feedback?
