Cyber issues: Virtual, real and inner lives of children and adolescents: connection or alienation?Published: 17 June 2009 Whilst cyber issues such as cyberbullying and computer addiction are gaining increasing media attention and public concern, there has been little attention to the clinical/mental health issues associated with these difficulties. This conference is a comprehensive one featuring keynote speakers presenting the clinical/educator/parental/adolescent perspectives as well as several clinical papers of case studies of children/young people exploring the interplay between their webbed and unwebbed worlds, a discussant panel of eminent child psychotherapists including Professor Bruce Tonge who will present the Plenary at the end of the day.
