Certificate IV in Frontline Management

The Monash Short Courses Centre is pleased to be offering this new nationally recognised qualification in Semester 2 this year.

This qualification reflects the role of frontline management in a wide range of organisational and industry contexts. Covering leadership, innovation, team effectiveness, customer service strategies, workplace relationships and continuous improvement, this is a versatile qualification, well-suited to the Monash environment.

Monash staff qualify for the concession rate of $2300. Please check with your managers regarding access to training budgets.
