Professor Pittard, Associate Dean Postgraduate Studies) and formerly Associate Dean (Research), teaches workplace and employment law in the postgraduate program. Her extensive labour law publications include co-authored books Public Sector Employment in the Twenty-First Century; Industrial Relations in Australia: Development Law and Operation; and editions of Australian Labour Law: Cases and Materials. She is editorial board member of Australian Journal of Labour Law, editor of Employment Law Bulletin, and board member of numerous professional law organisations, including the Australian Labour Law Association.
