Justice Otis has received numerous awards for her contribution to the development of judicial mediation at the Québec Court of Appeal. She has also worked extensively internationally, developing judicial reform programs in Mali and Haiti, as an expert on dispute resolution for the United Nations, and as a public speaker and lecturer about labour law, administrative law and mediation.
