New Research Initiative on National Human Rights Consultation

Monash staff and students are invited to a new collaborative webspace about a Monash Law Faculty submission to the Australian Government's National Human Rights Consultation.

This is a pilot research initiative in cross-disciplinary consultation and collaboration, using available electronic research technology. All Monash staff and students are welcome to view drafts of the submission developments, and contribute ideas, suggestions and comments. Law Faculty academic staff can use the web space to contribute directly to the collaborative submission.

Our aim is to use available research technology to reach as wide a University audience as possible in preparing a submission on a major public policy matter of national and international importance.

Public submissions are due by 15 June 2009, so please let your colleagues and students know about this collaborative space at the eResearch website.
