Workshop F: Dealing with the poorly performing learner

The issue of poor performance in health professionals is a challenge to both healthcare and educational organisations. This workshop is focused on assisting educators/supervisors to identify poor performance in students/trainees and the factors that may contribute to poor performance. The workshop will take participants through a range of practical action steps that can be used for remediation and monitoring of progress and will help educators/supervisors to deal with performance issues in a professional and compassionate way.

Monash University Paid staff: Free
Monash University Associates*: $60.00 per workshop inclusive of GST
External participants: $120.00 per workshop inclusive of GST
