Food, fibre and FODMAPs; Dietary associations and bowel

Participants needed to complete a simple questionnaire regarding the impact of foods, especially fibre, on the bowel symptoms and severity of Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis.
Anyone with a confirmed diagnosis of Crohn's or ulcerative colitis, on any or no medications, is invited to complete this questionnaire.
