2009 Monash University-wide Mentoring Scheme for Women - all Australian campuses

Expressions of interest are sought from staff who would like to participate in the 2009 Mentoring Scheme for Women, either as a mentee or mentor.

The scheme matches female mentees with more senior staff members who will offer on-the-job support, career advice and guidance to facilitate professional development.

Preparation/training sessions for all scheme participants commence late April, with matched pairs then meeting regularly until early December 2009.

Who can apply to be a mentee?

• Female academic staff Level A to E
• Female professional staff up to and including HEW Level 10A

We are seeking mentors for the Scheme from the following:

• Academic staff at Level C and above
• Professional staff at HEW Level 7 and above
