CLEAR assists participants to:
Over three hundred Monash staff took part in CLEAR in 2007 and 2008 either through the Spoken English and Communication Skills Program, or through a series of practical and well-received workshops. The one-hour information session presents an overview of the types of diversity issues emerging for academic staff. It also provides details of the staff development opportunities available for individuals and faculties through CLEAR.
