A Study of Advice Speech-Act in Persian and English

This project will explore social and cultural issues involved in advice-giving behavior in Persian as a first language and English as a second language.

We require male and female Anglo-Australian participants who are:

  • native speakers of English
  • aged 18 to 30

Participation will entail an anonymous online questionnaire.
