Mental Health Week

Published: 15 October 2008

Staff are invited to participate in the great events planned at each campus as part of Mental Health Week. From October 5 to 11, Mental Health Week aims to activate, educate and engage Victorians around mental health and related issues through the organisation of a huge variety of events by individuals and organisations across the state.

The theme for Mental Health Week 2008 in Victoria is Mental Health: What do you know? Asking Victorians what do they know about mental health.

Wednesday 8 October is Stess Less Day - a day where staff are encouraged to arrive on time to work, get out of the office and take their lunch break and leave work on time! Many campuses are also encouraging staff to wear casual clothes for a gold coin donation on Stress Less Day.

For more information see the calendar of events or the Mental Health Week website.
