Workplace and Corporate Law Research Group (WCLRG) Seminar -- Melbourne

Four books have recently been published involving academics from the Department of Business Law and Taxation as authors or co-authors.

In this seminar, two guest speakers, Associate Professor Peter Gahan (Director, Work and Employment Rights Research Centre, Monash University) and Professor Tim Lindsey (ARC Federation Fellow and Director, Asian Law Centre, University of Melbourne) will discuss these new books, identify some of the common themes, and assess their contribution to the disciplines of workplace law, corporate law/corporate governance, and international trade law.
