Published: 17 September 2008

Undertaking further study at MIMR is an enriching and rewarding experience.

MIMR has more than 200 potential supervisors in molecular and cellular biology, biochemistry, stem cells and clinical research, who are internationally renowned for their research. Scientists and students at MIMR have access to state-of-the-art technology, including embryo microinjection, gene arrays, laser-capture micro dissection, confocal microscopy, stem cell technologies and cell imaging.

Our student open day on Wednesday 17 September will give students the opportunity to meet the scientists, see the facilities available and learn about the exciting and diverse projects on offer in 2009. The 2009 student handbook, including research projects on offer, will be available on the day. An online version will be available following open day.

A free shuttle bus will run from Clayton campus to MIMR, leaving from outside Building 64, 4.30 pm to 5.15 pm. The bus will return at the end of open day.
