Performance Development Process -- Academic Staff

Dr Christopher Lee will be delivering a series of Master Classes in the first week of September. For session details, refer to the Performance Development website.

Dr Lee's presentation will include information on why the traditional performance management model needs to change to become more effective and the importance of feedback and regular conversations instead of evaluation to drive and achieve improved performance.

Attendances at this Master Class will exempt attendees from the need to attend mandatory training in the new Performance Development Process: Academic Staff.
