Effects of passionflower herbal tea on sleep quality and quantityPublished: 16 July 2008 Healthy volunteers aged 18 to 35 are being sought to participate in this sleep study. The primary aim is to investigate the effects of passionflower tea on sleep. This will lead to a better understanding of whether passionflower can improve human sleep.
