Organisational Psychology study

We are looking for males and females between the ages of 18-65 to complete a questionnaire concerning their experiences of their workplace.

Participants must have been working full-time or permanent part-time (15 hours or more per week) in their current organisation for a minimum of one year.

Given that many researchers and practitioners have identified the importance of having committed employees, the aim of this research is to better understand what factors influence the extent to which employees feel committed to their organisation.

Participation in this study involves the completion of an on-line survey. The survey will take approximately 10 to15 minutes to complete.
