Study: Cultural values as moderators of organisational outcomesPublished: 2 July 2008 Have you ever thought that your cultural values can have an impact on your work? What are the cultural values that are influencing your work and how will cultural values impact on your work? We are conducting a research to investigate the role of cultural values on specific work outcomes, including organisational commitment, organizational citizenship behaviour, social support and occupational stress.
