Join Professor Rae Frances, Dean of Arts, Monash University, at the Monash Arts Public Lecture on Founding Monash: The University and the Promise of Modernity.

Leading the discussion will be Sir John Monash Distinguished Professor Graeme Davison. Professor Davison will be presenting Monash's founding years, exploring the intentions and plans of its founders in the broader social and cultural expectations of the era. Whilst reflecting on the distance which now separates the University of the 1960s from the present.
