School of Music Research Seminar - ClaytonPublished: 30 April 2008 Monday 5 May Burchill Rooms, Performing Arts Centre (Building 68) Why Musical Behaviour Can Be an Indicator of Social Adjustment and How that of the Italians in Canberra Tells us How they Fit Marcello Sorce-Keller is a visiting scholar at the School of Music, Monash University. He has been conducting research on Italian and Swiss immigrants and their music in Australia. Marcello Sorce-Keller, a German-Swiss-Italian musicologist, has taught in tertiary institutions in USA, Italy, Switzerland, including Milan Conservatory, the Accademia della Scala, and the Scuola Universitaria della Svizzera Italiana, and is Honorary Fellow of the Institute of Mediterranean Studies in Lugano.
