Monash Tourism Club Travel Photography Competition

All Monash University campuses, including the overseas campuses of Malaysia, South Africa and Prato Centre Italy, are invited to participate in the Monash Tourism Club Travel Photography Competition.

All proceeds go towards the GREEN GECKO Project, an initiative founded to benefit the lives of street children in Siem Reap, Cambodia.

Open to all photographers regardless of skill level, whether you're a digital fan or a film lover.

Winners will be judged in four categories, with prizes valued at AUD $100 each.

  • Nature and Landscapes
  • People
  • Architectures and Design
  • Abstract

The four winning photos are to be decided by Professor Phillip Steele, Pro Vice-Chancellor Campus Co-ordination, Academic Director Berwick and Peninsula.

Gold coin entry per photo. Payment to be made at individual campus Student Associations.

Submit scanned or digital photos to monash.tourism@gmail.com. Also, email this address to find out about membership into the Monash Tourism Club.

Entries close 16 May 2008.

Email items of up to 150 words, as plain text in the body of an email, to global.emails@adm.monash.edu.au.

The deadline is noon on Friday.
