Participants sought -- Recruitment advertising research project

Monash postgraduate student Shaun Rogers as part of his Doctor of Psychology (Organisational) is investigating the recruitment advertising practices of employers targeting graduates in male- and female-dominated professions. He is looking for final-year students to answer a questionnaire about a fictitious job advertisement.  The questionnaire will take approximately 10 minutes to complete. Participants need to be seeking graduate employment in engineering, nursing or human resources/management.

The questionnaire is anonymous and all information will be strictly confidential. The results will be used for research purposes only.
