Intellectual Property Seminars 2006

Intellectual Property is an important issue for supervisors and postgraduate research students.

The Monash Research Graduate School , in association with the Monash Science Technology Research and Innovation Precinct (Monash STRIP) and Monash Commercial will be running seminars on intellectual property issues throughout 2006.

Seminar schedule

When: Monday 13 February, Monday 27 February, Monday 13 March, Monday 27 March, Monday 24 April, Monday 15 May, Monday 5 June, Monday 3 July, Monday 14 August, Monday 25 September, Monday 6 November and Monday 4 December, from 4 to 6 pm

  • The university's IP statute and regulations
  • The IP form signed at enrolment/how to complete it/what it means
  • Assignment of IP and licensing
  • Patents and commercialisation
  • Question and answer time
