University Statistics - Customer Web Usage Satisfaction Survey

University Statistics provides web-based statistical information and access tools to support institutional planning, decision making, research and assessment.

Standard tables with historical student, staff and research data are provided as well as pivot tables to enable areas of the university to conduct analyses of statistical data according to their specific needs. Training and information on the use of pivot tables is available at http://www.ups.monash.edu.au/statistics/.

University Statistics is conducting a survey over the next fortnight, as part of our Service Level Agreement, and welcomes feedback from customers about our web-based services. Please complete the survey online at http://www.ups.monash.edu.au/statistics/data-request/survey/, by Thursday 22 December.
