'From individualisation of employment relations to workplace democracy: The evolution of a research project', presented by Professor Richard Mitchell, Department of Business Law and Taxation.

This seminar will examine the progress of a research project from its relatively confined beginnings, to the ARC supported major project which it has become.

The paper, which will be addressed in the second part of the seminar, summarises the research outcomes of the project to date.
